All products are made to order and made in the order received.
All order take 1 - 2 weeks to be made then your shipping time is after that.
Peek months (June/July) can take up to 3-5 weeks.
Order quantities over 10 will have a customized policy plan agreed by both parties before order is processed.
Peek months (June/Aug)wedo not offer rush orders. This is all custom work that can not be rushed. In the past if we are rushed the quality will suffer and mistakes are made. If you have an event you must order within enough time to return the item for changes if needed. We will not refund any orders if you time frame was not met.
You can customize any design but this does make your order a custom order and you can not return it for a different item. You can return it for one free alteration only. Custom orders are all final sale, no cash refunds. We not refer to private messages or emails for order details. All changes must be noted on original order. We are not responsible for order mistakes that are not noted on the original order.
You can return your order for a change of size, color or style of the same price.
Cash refunds are only granted within the first 48 hours of order.
All returns must be received with in 14 days of original delivery date.
30 days after delivery date all sales are final and can not be returned.
Returns will not be accepted if they are dirty, have any odors or stains.
Custom orders can not be returned for a replacement item.
They are only offered one free alteration.
HOW TO RETURN:
Write your needed changes on the order sheet that came with your order.
Package items back in the ziplock bag or a new bag to keep it from getting dirty along with your noted order sheet.
